My name is Alessio David Ricioppo Parra. Dating coach, Administrator of Katherine Fauvre Consulting, Creator of Hekatior as well as an Advanced Tritype® Certified Master Enneagram Teacher with Katherine Fauvre Consulting. I'm an extremely keen people reader.

People-reading is the main focus of my YT channel, with typology as one aspect—within that, the focus is on the Enneagram and Hekatior. To maintain a unique, healthy and welcoming environment, my YT space steers away from other typologies. If you're interested in those, other spaces may be more suited.

Note that I introduced Function Emulation Theory, along with concepts like Quasicoherence and 3/4 Function Modes, before anyone else — innovative ideas now rendered obsolete by more advanced models like Hekatior. I pioneered such ideas and shared them long before they became more widely discussed in the typology community.

I no longer use MBTI, except when occasionally needed in Katherine Fauvre Consulting, and I don't endorse it.

What’s coaching? Myths and reality.

Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. The learner is sometimes called a coachee.
Coaches use a range of communication skills (such as targeted restatements, listening, questioning, clarifying, etc.) to help clients shift their perspectives and thereby discover different approaches to achieve their goals.
Coaching is a form of “meta-profession” that can apply to supporting clients in any human endeavor. There may be some overlap between certain types of coaching activities.
A coachee has to do his/her part in the coaching process, so don’t expect me to snap my fingers and your problem to disappear magically… I’ll give you all the strategies and techniques that you need to solve your problem, but it’s up to you to implement them in order to get the desired results.
Personality profiling: What is it and why?

Personality profiling is a means of measuring an individual’s personality in a particular situation. It’s not a measure of intelligence or ability, but rather of whatever specific patterns a typology system is tracking. In the case of the enneagram it's about motivations.

Personality profiling is the bedrock of all personal development. It’s difficult to imagine any journey of personal development that didn’t involve some form of introspection or deeper understanding of self.
I can provide accurate personality reports to help my clients understand themselves and to make our coaching session(s) more comfortable and productive for both of us. In particular I love the enneagram Katherine Fauvre dissemination.
How to prepare for a coaching session?

The main application that I use for coaching sessions is Zoom. In such way we’ll talk directly eye by eye plus I can see your body language and non-verbals at the same time.
Make sure that nobody and nothing will distract you: warn households, walk and feed your pets, turn off your phone and all your notifications on social networks.
Prepare the place: it should be comfortable, with a back, so you can sit relaxed.
Prepare the devices: check the charge, position the camera so that I can clearly see your face and part of the body, and that it does not need to be held.
The camera should be in good resolution. It’s more convenient to talk through the headset.
Most important: Internet speed should be high.
Prepare a notebook for writing, a pen and a glass of water. All that you may need in the process.
Why do you need a dating coach and communication expert?

First of all 99% of people are clueless about dating and relationships to different levels. In particular most people make the mistake to project psychologically how they function on others, creating a lot of dramas in courtships as well as communicating inadequately with others.
I work both with men and women, regardless of your sexuality type. I can pinpoint what’s the problem in your mindset and approach, thus providing you the best strategies and techniques to get your desired results in courtships and communication.
How to understand whether we will work together or not?

Most likely yes, if you:
1) got acquainted with all sections of my site and a response appeared inside you.
2) are ready to change yourself and your life for the better.
3) realize your problem and understand what you want to get instead.
4) have already done something to solve your problem, but to no avail.
5) are ready to be sincere not only with me, but also with yourself, to participate in the process 100%.

Definitely we’ll not work together, if you:
1) lack integrity.
2) come to me just to talk about your problem, rather than to solve it.
3) have a psychiatric diagnosis and/or serious health issues. In such cases you should refer respectively to a psychiatrist and to a doctor.
4) like to create drama just for the sake of drama. My life is a drama free zone and I want it to stay that way.
5) doubt or fear.
How many coaching sessions will be needed to solve my problem?

The answer to this question is ambiguous because the result depends on several factors:
1) Openness of the client and his/her level of trust in the coach.
2) The coachability of the client and how fast he/she learns.
3) The desired goals and the motivation to achieve them. Awareness of how your life will change: “what I get, what I want to change, what I want to achieve and why”.
Thus if a client is open, trusts, a fast learner, has good coachability and is aware of a specific goal, fewer sessions are required to achieve the desired result.
If the client resists, tries to control the process, does not trust and/or does not understand fully what he/she wants, then more sessions will be required.
What methods and techniques will we use to achieve goals?

In the coaching process I use a synthesis of various unique methods. Which one to use, I decide unilaterally. It boils down on context, situations and on the unique personality of the client.
What's your style in reading people?

I have a highly intuitive holistic approach including I can sense accurately people's energy and vibes thanks to my yoga experience. I can easily discern individuals with positive juju from the ones with bad juju.

Everyone is unique so I avoid stereotyping. And I give higher priority to looking at their actions, more specifically to their motivations and behavioral patterns, than just to their words (the latter ones can still be useful for slips and to spot hints about their representational system as correctly stated by NLP).

In addition to the above considerations I use several tools. Including...
- cold reading.
- hot reading.
- paralanguage.
- checking body language.
- spotting their microexpressions.
- psychology.
- typology (my favorite being the enneagram but I'm also well versed in other systems).
- Physiognomy.
- Hypnosis.

Tools are an extra aid in people reading... If you over rely on tools, they become clutches.
